 Angelee has led Canadian franchise development for two of the world's largest and most respected brands. She has personally awarded/managed over 800 franchise transactions and counting. With fifteen years experience recruiting top talent for over 500 companies and supporting C-suite through periods of growth, along with being a serial entrepreneur, she is seen as one of the top franchise professionals in Canada. She has owned her own successful grocery franchise and staffing and recruitment company. A public speaker and franchise roundtable expert, along with MasterChef Top 25 candidate, she is comfortable working with the public and passionate about supporting meaningful charities. Board member for the Canadian Forces Liaison Council, contributor to numerous charities, member of the Canadian Franchise Association and frequent advisor, Angelee is mostly a friend and cheerleader to her franchise clients in North America.

Daran has helped franchisees across Canada and the US, grow their business, solve problems and find technological solutions that improve their overall efficiency. With over 30 years of experience in retail, sports entertainment, live theatre, hotels and restaurants,  Daran is one of the top operations consultants in North America. A graduate of Ryerson University Hospitality and Tourism Management, service is part of his DNA. He has helped motivate teams to perform at higher levels and assisted franchisees in seeing their businesses maximize their potential.

Al  is a vastly experienced professional instilled with a formidable blend of knowledge & understanding of Hotel Management & Business Administration. Born  in Tripoli, Lebanon, Al Dalaty attended College Des Freres & was raised in a family of Food Connoisseurs. In the year 1995, Al Dalaty graduated with a Degree of Bachelors in Food & Beverages from Ecole Hoteliere de Liban, Beirut. He always had a great connection with the culinary world and his love & admiration for the food industry enabled him to transition his passion into a profession.

With an EMBA, and experience working for global companies such as Sodexo and Compass Group, Al brings his global experience to FranOvation's roster of professionals.

Having started his career in retail sales and management in Perth, Western Australia, Rhett was drawn to the synergies of the franchise industry at a young age having developed and operated multiple franchise locations by the age of 20. This success led to the opportunity to participate in international expansion and the securing of an area franchise license for Ontario, Canada, and which eventually led to a role on the executive team for the master license holder for Canada.

With experience across all levels of the franchise industry from multi franchisee to area developer and master license operator, Rhett brings a wealth of hands-on experience and knowledge in regards to the successful expansion and ongoing management of a franchise network. This has led to various executive roles with a focus on franchise development and franchisee onboarding within successful franchise businesses such as Cash Converters, The UPS Store and InXpress.

Rhett works with emerging brands to develop and implement their growth strategy and guides new potential franchisees in finding the right fit for them to be successful in being part of a franchise organization.

 Adam is a third-generation franchise professional who oversees operations for more than twenty businesses in the Niagara Region. He is seen as one of Canada's top vegan restaurant experts, with a vast following in the vegan space. He has consulted for top restaurants and has personally overseen openings and hiring of numerous, well-known International brands. As a vegan restaurant and operations consultant, he brings insight, know-how and network to bring your vision to life. 

Carissa is young professional and Ontario Scholar, graduating with 97% honours with acceptance into the Psychology Programs at both McMaster and Brock University. Her experience to date has included providing high-touch customer care and problem-solving for companies like Apple, Hilton and KOA Campgrounds. Carissa is an avid reader, writer, and has taken extra-curricular University courses in English, along with is presently studying Italian and Russian. She is also Angelee's daughter, and has been raised in a franchise family and understands the business of franchising through many dinner table discussions and mentoring opportunities.
